Der Ausblick ist – obwohl im Zentrum Schüttdorf’s gelegen – hübsch. In der Ferne lassen sich das Gebirgsmassiv des Hochkönig erblicken, aus dem Schlafzimmer sind es ganz nah die Salzburger Schieferalpen.
Wer sportlich ist, hat meist viel dabei. Ski oder Fahrräder? Kein Problem. Im Parterre finden Sie gleich den geräumigen Skiraum, der im Sommer das sichere Abstellen von Fahrrädern ermöglicht. Und – in der Region nicht selbstverständlich – ein Parkplatz direkt am Haus gehört zu Wohnung. Stabiles WiFi ist selbstverständlich. Übrigens ist die Wohnung auch bei kalten Temperaturen warm, im Sommer eher kühl.
Die Wohnung eignet sich perfekt für 4 Personen.
The view is pretty – even though it’s in the center of Schüttdorf. In the distance you can see the Hochkönig mountain range, and from the bedroom you can see the Salzburg Slate Alps very close.
Anyone who is sporty usually has a lot with them. Skis or bikes? No problem. On the ground floor you will find the spacious ski room, which allows bicycles to be safely stored in summer. And – not a given in the region – a parking space directly at the house is part of the apartment.
In the winter the apartment is comfortably warm, on hot summer days you will find the temperature inside also pleasant.

Wohn- / Essbereich / Dining Area
Der Wohn- und Essbereich ist sehr geräumig. Am Tisch finden 4 Personen gemütlich Platz.
Zwei Sofas und ein Sessel laden zu gemütlichen Stunden ein. Der TV (Kabel) ist schwenkbar, so dass Sie von den Sofas oder vom Esstisch fernsehen können.
Von hier ist der Nordbalkon zugänglich.
The living and dining area is very spacious. There is comfortable space for 4 people at the table.
Two sofas and an armchair invite you to spend cozy hours. The TV (cable) swivels so you can watch TV from the sofas or the dining table.
From here the north balcony is accessible.
Kochen / Kitchenette
Die Küchenzeile ist gut ausgestattet mit 4-Platten Ceranfeld, Backofen, Mikrowelle, geräumigem Kühlschrank mit Tiefkühlfach, Geschirrspüler. Außerdem finden Sie einen Toaster, Wasserkocher, einen Espressobereiter und eine Kaffeemaschine vor.
The kitchenette is well-equipped with a 4-ring ceramic hob, oven, microwave, spacious refrigerator with freezer compartment, and dishwasher. You will also find a toaster, kettle, espresso maker and coffee machine.
Großes Schlafzimmer / Big Bedroom
Dieses Schlafzimmer geht nach Osten, weshalb Sie hier ungestört von der Brucker Bundesstraße Ruhe genießen. Im 220 cm langen Bett (Breite 180 cm) haben auch große Menschen bequem Platz. Ein geräumiger Kleiderschrank bietet viel Stauraum. Auch hier ist ein TV wandmontiert.
Mit Fenster nach Osten ist dies das hellste Zimmer der Wohnung und Morgensonne weckt Sie.
This bedroom faces east, which is why you can enjoy peace and quiet here, undisturbed by the main road. Even tall people can comfortably fit in the 220 cm long bed (width 180 cm). A spacious wardrobe offers plenty of storage space. There is also a wall-mounted TV here.
With a window facing east, this is the brightest room in the apartment and morning sun wakes you up.
Bad / Bathroom
Das Bad ist mit 3 qm klein. Hinter der Tür befindet sich ein Handtuchhalter-Heizkörper. Wer im Urlaub Wert auf Wellness legt, ist in meiner Wohnung definitiv falsch.
The bathroom is small at 3 square meters. There is a towel rail radiator behind the door. When you are looking for wellness, there are definitely better appartments.
Balkone / Balkonies
Ein großer Balkon ist vom Wohnbereich zugänglich. Er ist nordseitig ausgerichtet und vollständig überdacht. Ideal, um Wanderschuhe zu lüften, doch Sonne werden Sie hier wenig abbekommen. Die Aussicht mit dem Hochkönig in der Ferne ist allerdings hübsch.
Ein der Wohnung zugeordneter Westbalkon ist vom Hausflur erreichbar. Hier können Sie Nachmittags- und Abendsonne mit Blick zum Kitzsteinhorn genießen.
A large balcony is accessible from the living area. It faces north and is completely covered. Ideal for airing your hiking boots, but you won’t get much sun here. However, the view with the Hochkönig in the distance is pretty.
A west-facing balcony assigned to the apartment can be reached from the hallway. Here you can enjoy the afternoon and evening sun.
Hunde willkommen / Dogs welcome
In dieser Ferienwohnung sind Vierbeiner gern gesehene Gäste. Für Sie gibt es ein Hundebett, Fress-/Trinknäpfe und separate Handtücher. Hunde müssen angemeldet werden. Evtl. fallen zusätzliche Gebühren an.
Four-legged friends are welcome guests in this holiday apartment. There is a dog bed, food/drinking bowls and separate towels for you. Dogs must be registered. Additional fees may apply.

Im Keller finden Sie einen ebenerdig erreichbaren geräumigen Raum, um im Winter die Ski, im Sommer die Räder unter zu stellen. Darüber hinaus stehen Ihnen hier eine Münzwaschmaschine und ein Trockner zur Vergügung.
Außerdem wird im Winter Nachmittags eine einfache Sauna eingeheizt.
In the basement you will find a spacious room accessible at ground level to store your skis in winter and your bikes in summer. There is also a coin-operated washing machine and dryer available for your use.
In addition, a simple sauna is heated in the afternoon in winter.

Ihr Wohlergehen ist mir ebenso wichtig, wie nachhaltiges Wirtschaften. Bei Ihrer Ankunft finden Sie die Betten frisch bezogen vor. Ein einmaliger Wechsel der Bettwäsche ist nur bei einem 14tägigen Urlaub vorgesehen. Es stehen je ein großes und ein kleines Handtuch pro Person pro Woche zur Verfügung.
Your well-being is just as important to me as sustainable management. Upon your arrival, you’ll find the beds freshly made. A one-time change of bed linen is only provided for stays of 14 days. One large and one small towel per person per week are provided.
